Ms. Weatherford has 28+ years of experience in the lending and financial services industries. Her past twelve years in banking was as the successful owner of a multi-branched mortgage banking corporation focused on the origination and management of real estate loans.
Ms. Weatherford received her Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University.
Ms. Weatherford has been active throughout her career in professional and community organizations. She is currently a member of the Portland Business Alliance and involved with several philanthropic organizations.
Teresa Croft

Prior to founding Edgewater Funding, Inc. Ms. Croft spent more than 25 years in real estate finance. Her experience includes banking, mortgage banking and real estate development. She is responsible for originating, structuring, and negotiating loans on all types of properties.
Ms. Bean has a BS in Business from Oregon State University and holds Oregon and Washington mortgage broker’s license. Ms. Bean is a member of the Portland Business Alliance and multiple community and national organizations.
